1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using BukMyPro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
2. License to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BukMyPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service for your personal or business use on compatible devices that you own or control.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase.
At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled before the renewal date.
Apple App Store Subscriptions:
- If you purchase a Subscription through the Apple App Store:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Your Subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
- BukMyPro does not manage billing or cancellations for Apple App Store subscriptions.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a Subscription.
5. Fee Changes
BukMyPro, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
6. Refunds
Except when required by law, Subscription payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the application store from which the purchase was made (such as the Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective refund policies.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the reputation of BukMyPro, or the business of BukMyPro. You further agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person's legal rights.
- Violate any intellectual property rights of BukMyPro or any third party.
- Upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another.
- Engage in any fraudulent activity.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BukMyPro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BukMyPro.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall BukMyPro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
